Welcome to the Exhibitor Registration for the 2027 WEMTA Annual Conference!
Exhibit Hours and Set Up Times:
Sunday, March 14th 2027 - set up 12:00pm to 4:00 pm Monday, March 15th 2027 - set up 7:00am to 9:30 am Monday, March 16th 2027 - booth hours 9:45 am to 5:00 pm
Booth cost: $700 for new and returning vendors. Returning vendors will receive a complimentary WEMTA business membership, new vendors have the option to add on a WEMTA business membership for $75.
Lists of all conference attendees will be emailed to only exhibitors who are WEMTA members. All booth registrations come with up to 2 free boxed lunches on Monday. If you need additional lunches for your booth staff, they can be purchased for $18 each up to 2 weeks before the conference. La Crosse Center: Exhibitors will work directly with La Crosse Center for any additional items they may need for their booth (i.e. electricity). Booths include an 8' table, 2 chairs and draping.
