Book Cover Ad – $100

• Book cover image (standard size)
• Short blurb (up to 40 words)
• Hyperlinked to your website, purchase page, or online resource
• Limit: 4 per issue

Banner Ad – $200

• Wide-format banner image (maximum 600x200 pixels)
• Hyperlinked to your preferred site or platform
• Limit: 2 per issue

Important Details

• Next Issue Release: November 15, 2025
• Registration Deadline: November 10, 2025
• Availability: Limited spots available. Ads are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Author Responsibilities

All advertisers must provide:

• Final ad image (book cover or banner)
• Ad copy (blurb for book cover ads – 40 words max)
• Link to purchase or learn more

Incomplete submissions may not be included in the newsletter.

WEMTA welcomes a wide range of content appropriate for an educational and professional audience. However, erotica or adult-themed content will not be accepted. WEMTA reserves the right to review and decline submissions that do not align with our audience or values.
