Please note that your membership will be included in your conference fee this year (ie, there will be no need for separate invoicing - you automatically become a member by attending the conference.)
Presenters: You may register BUT DO NOT PAY (select Invoice Me) until you have been notified whether your proposal/s have been accepted as that affects the amount due.
Payments: Payment is required 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the conference. Payment can be made online (preferred) by credit card or physically mail a check (made out to WEMTA) to:

Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds for those who have pre-registered but are unable to attend shall only be processed if the request is received by the WEMTA Manager by Friday, January 27, 2023. If you are unable to attend and have missed the cancellation deadline, you may send another individual in your place.
Safety Information: We understand that current conditions as well as local school district decisions may cause hesitancy about registering, especially in light of the possibility of cancellation. Unless a stay-at-home order is issued, this in-person conference will take place so we strongly encourage you to safely join us!

Volunteer: The WEMTA Conference is planned entirely by volunteers and we need many volunteers to make the conference a wonderful experience. Please check the box during registration if you are interested in volunteering. Special retiree/student pricing requires 3 volunteer hours at the conference.
