Presenters: Please register BUT DO NOT PAY (select Invoice Me) until you have been notified whether your proposal/s have been accepted as that affects the amount due.
Bring Your Administrator*: *Administrator is a school board member, superintendent, district administrator, principal, or assistant principal position. 1 administrator per conference registration from the same school or district. Click Add Guest after registering.
WLA Members: If you are not a current WEMTA member, register online BUT DO NOT pay (select Invoice Me) and contact wemta@wemta.org to adjust your amount owed.
Payments: Payment is required 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the conference. Payment can be made online (preferred) by credit card or physically mail a check (made out to WEMTA) to: WEMTA 5329 Fayette Ave. Madison, WI 53713
Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds for those who have pre-registered but are unable to attend shall only be processed if the request is received by the WEMTA Manager by Monday, February 21st.
Volunteer: The WEMTA Conference is planned entirely by volunteers and we need volunteers to make the conference a wonderful experience. Please check the box during registration if you are interested in volunteering (virtually during the conference). Special retiree/student pricing requires 2 virtual volunteer hours at the conference.
