Tuesday Only - WEMTA Conference 2020

IMPORTANT - We have a new registration system. Please use the SAME email you have used in the past when registering. Please see registration prices and deadlines here. Read below carefully before registering.

Presenters:  You may register BUT DO NOT PAY (select Invoice Me) until you have been notified whether your proposal/s have been accepted as that affects the amount due.

Bring Your Administrator: The system only allows for the same registration day/s (i.e. an attendee is going for the full conference, the bring your administrator option is for the full conference). If you have a different combination you must contact wemta@wemta.org  

WLA Members - if you are not a current WEMTA member, register online BUT DO NOT pay (select Invoice Me) and contact wemta@wemta.org to adjust your amount owed. 

Payments: Payment is required 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the conference. Payment can be made online (preferred) by credit card or physically mail a check (made out to WEMTA) to: WEMTA 5329 Fayette Ave. Madison, WI 53713

Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds for those who have pre-registered but are unable to attend shall only be processed if the request is received by the WEMTA Manager by Monday March 9th 2020. If you are unable to attend and have missed the cancellation deadline, you may send another individual in your place. 

Special Requests: Please note special dietary requirements or other accommodations in your registration.

Volunteer: The WEMTA Conference is planned entirely by volunteers and we need many volunteers to make the conference a wonderful experience. Please check the box during registration if you are interested in volunteering. Special retiree/student pricing requires 3 volunteer hours at the conference.
